JR has announced an extension for the sales period of Japan Rail Pass vouchers for Japanese nationals. The original end date was December 31, 2025, but it has now been extended as follows:
1. Voucher Sales Outside Japan: Until December 31, 2027
2. Exchange Period in Japan: Until March 30, 2028
3. Other Notes:

海外在住の日本国籍の方で、利用資格の条件を満たす方を対象としたJapan Rail Passの引換証の販売は、当初2025年12月31日までの予定でしたが、このたび販売期間が以下の通り延長されることになりました。

2. 日本国内での引換期間: 2028 年3 月30 日まで
